In March 2025, our service team was deployed to provide offshore commissioning support in Brazil for 10 units of heaters and control panels, the largest having a capacity of 720 kW.We received reports of high temperatures on the heaters. Upon investigation, we discovered that insulation jackets were improperly installed on the heaters' flanges at the stand-off area. This insulation trapped heat, resulting in elevated temperatures on the heater flanges.
